In 2022, the appointment of Vakhtang Jugeli as the artistic director of Zestafoni Theater marked a significant turning point. Under his management, the theater underwent a radical transformation, initiating a dynamic dialogue with young audiences through open rehearsals. This approach sparked a newfound interest in theater among the youth.
During 2022-2023, the theater staged nine new plays, showcasing a diverse range of theatrical experiences.
